* MONITORING - to make sure that what you are doing is working to improve your health, recommendations will be made for certain labs & health wearables to monitor your progress and document your success!
* GOAL - very few programs are aimed at prevention & improvement of all medical problems...the goal of this program is to reduce your risk of all the common medical problems that plague us all and improve any current medical condition you have through a holistic approach looking at and managing all aspects of your health. We will use multiple methods to return YOUR immune health to optimal performance!

Does this replace my primary care physician or will you be acting as my primary care physician? NO. You will still need care from your primary care physician. This program is to compliment your current healthcare by being a physician consultant to provide you with what you may not be receiving at your annual check ups in the way of nutritional counseling, exercise & supplement recommendations, labs & tests that could be beneficial to your health but not offered at a routine visit, and monitoring to help you obtain the healthiest, longest life possible using a holistic approach.

Dr. Kay Solar spent the last 30 years treating women as a board certified Obstetrician Gynecologist in Baton Rouge, LA. She attended the University of Arkansas and received her medical degree from the University of Arkansas Medical School. She met Dr. Curtis Solar during their residency in
St. Louis and moved with him to Baton Rouge, LA to

St. Louis and moved with him to Baton Rouge, LA to practice
at Woman’s Hospital. In addition to her clinical practice, she
was a medical correspondent for local TV, frequent speaker on health issues in the community, and co-hosted her own 1 hour radio-TV show.

Dr. Curtis Solar is a board certified Obstetrician Gynecologist. He
graduated from Louisiana State University and received his medical degree from LSU-Shreveport. He did his residency in Ob/Gyn at St.
Louis University and returned to his hometown of Baton Rouge, LA to practice where he was in clinical practice for 30 years. In 2022, he retired from his longterm practice and moved to Gallatin, TN.

About THE PROGRAM
Are you ready to invest in YOUR own health?
We are offering this program to YOU the month of February at a special rate of $500 which will include an initial consultation which will take 1-2 hours and a followup visit. During the initial visit, we will take an extensive personal medical history & family history, review all of your recent labs & other medical testing (please bring to your visit), review all of your medications & supplements (bring to visit), discuss your current health monitoring, review & suggest monitoring devices, discuss current fitness/health apps used and suggest apps for monitoring your progress, review current diet & exercise regimens, etc.
At the followup visit, we will discuss program options and recommendations personalized for you based on your initial visit. Program lengths may be 3, 6, 9, or 12 months keeping in mind that there will be many recommendations and not all can be employed at once, recommendations may change during your health journey, and health is a longterm journey.
